Mom & Dad Celebrate 50 Years of Marriage
 ![]()
What a great day we had on Dec. 4th, my parent’s 50th Wedding Anniversary and also my mom’s birthday. Mom and dad shared beautiful lifetime memories and exchanged gifts. The week prior, Dianna and Paul were in Granite Bay for Thanksgiving. Gary, Jason and I played lots of 8-ball and 9-ball with dad. Jordan spent lots of time with his Grandpa and Grandma and his aunt and uncles. Jordan entertained us with his dancing and curiousity about everything he can get his hands on. He is talking much more now and is almost 2 years old.
Also Celebrating 50 Years Together
Dianna, Gogo, Jess, Marph, Chantelle, Koko, John and I attended Uncle Lino and Aunt Maria’s grand 50th wedding anniversary celebration.
All of you made us so welcome and we’ll treasure the memories at Randy and Beatrice’s party the night before and at breakfast the day after. |
We are grateful for the visits with Shortie and Ester, Birdie, Randy, Beatrice and Stephanie, Rick, Debbie, Jennifer, Josh and Ryan, Johnnie, Johnnie Jr., Susan and William, Rodger, Tomas and Zelma, Lulu, Narciza, Veto, Super Chicken, Rudy, Linda, Evette, Lizette, Hector, Vica, John, Marc Anthony, Dana and everyone else with whom we had the pleasure of celebrating this great day.
Also celebrating 50 years of marriage this year are Sach and Lydia Giron. Gary picked me up at SMF and we headed to the Hartford Court Winery. We met up with Big Guy, Rick and Laura, Russ and Geri, Steve and Sue, The Calkins, Mr. Polo, Scooter and Jan, Tim and Marie, Horseshoe Jim and the rest.

Dicky Boy P organized an indescribable rafting trip down the Green river starting in Dinosaur National Monument, CO and finishing past the confluence with the Yampa River on into Utah.
The canyon scenery takes your breath away, but you have to be careful of the evolved canyon deer, double ended snakes, ice scorpions and were-animals. We brought so much food and gear; the menu included Cajun crab boil, Cornish game hens, roast pork shredded and made into carnitas, and t-bone steaks.

2005 Highlights
Dianna and Paul enjoyed seeing Santa in CO and CA last year. Santa brought so many presents to our nieces and nephews, who enjoyed them thoroughly.
It’s been a blast working with Kob, Panivino, Doc, Stu, Danny and Mike on a broad range of issues for a startup I joined in 2005. Frank, Doc and I celebrated Doc’s 50th birthday party late, but in grand style. More recently, Doc treated me to a round of golf at Wente Brothers Winery golf course and later we synched up with Thrasher and Mike for an awesome meal at Haps.
Dianna and I celebrated her birthday with dinner at Le Chantecler in the small town of Niwot. We stayed the night at the Niwot Inn - a charming B&B there .
Dianna, Gogo and I took mom to visit family in Texas in November and we had so much fun visiting with everyone, playing Juego de Lotteria and going to the Wurstfest. Thanks everyone for all the great meals and visits.
Dicky Boy P, Pud, Hans the Jeeper, Barry Dice Clay, Jules the Racer, Diff Dragger Stu, Squirrel and Little Ricky had such a good time climbing the boulders to Wheeler Lake.
A couple of trips through Carnage Canyon with Nic and Raspy were quite memorable. Koko Head Jeep earns its license tag name, “TRL JEEP.” |
